Chrome Real Estate Company's extraordinary general assembly held on July 30th, 2024, approved amending Article No. 5 of the Articles of Association and Article No. 4 of its bylaws to become as follows: 

Purposes for which the company was established: 

Buying and selling land and real estate for the company’s own account. 

Buying and selling shares and bonds for the company’s own account. 

Providing building maintenance services. 

Acquiring real estate and movable property for the benefit of the company. 

 Offering real estate consulting services. 

Managing properties on behalf of others. 

Investing financial surpluses in investment funds managed by specialized companies and entities.
