Alamana Industries Company held its extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, and the attendees unanimously agreed to amend Article 5 of the Articles of incorporation and Article 4 of the Articles of Association as follows:  

The purposes for which the company was established are: 

Central markets for non-food products. 

Air freight. 

Tourism and travel. 

Project management. 

Buying and selling shares and bonds on behalf of the company. 

Exploiting the financial surpluses available to the company by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities. 

Importing chemicals. 

The company may enter governmental and non-governmental tenders, rent and own real estate, and have an interest or participate in any way with companies that carry out businesses similar to its businesses or that help it achieve its purposes in Kuwait or abroad, and it may purchase these companies or affiliate them with it.
