The Board of Directors of OTC 677 Rasameel Investment Company has officially invited its shareholders to attend an Extraordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 2024. The primary agenda for this meeting is to discuss proposed amendments to Article (14) of the company's Articles of Association, which will be revised to state the following after the amendment: 

- The company shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of eight (8) members, including two (2) independent members. The term of membership will be set at three years, with eligibility for renewal. 

Additionally, each shareholder, whether an individual or a corporate entity, will have the right to appoint representatives to the Board of Directors in accordance with the number of shares they hold. 

The Board of Directors of Rasameel would like to inform all shareholders that, should the legal quorum not be met for the General Assembly meeting, a postponed Extraordinary General Assembly will take place on Thursday, August 22, 2024.
