AlSoor International Holding Company announced the start of distributing cash dividends of 14% to its shareholders, on July 24, 2024, according to what was published on the official website of the Kuwait Clearing Company.
Whereas the "AlSoor" ordinary general assembly, which was held on July 17, 2024, approved all items on its agenda for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024, including the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute cash dividends to its shareholders registered in its records at a rate of 14% of the company's capital to the amount of KD 7 million.
