Gulf Investment House (GIH), a listed company, revealed that an appeal ruling was issued in its favor in a lawsuit to impose judicial guardianship on Land United Real Estate Company, and to appoint a judicial guardian, noting that the lawsuit was filed by "Gulf Investment" against "Land United", Kuwait Portland Cement Company, Warba Bank, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce.. 

The appeal ruling decided to accept it in form and cancel the appellant's ruling and rule again to impose judicial guardianship on Land United Real Estate Company, and to appoint the judicial guardian who has the role from the judicial guardians registered in the schedule with the addition of expenses to the guardianship. 

Gulf Investment pointed out that the financial impact cannot be determined now according to the ruling issued.
