The extraordinary General Assembly of the United Steel Industrial Company, held on June 10, 2024, approved the amendment of Article No. (5) & (4) of the Articles of Association and Article pertaining to the company's objectives as follows: 

  The company's established objectives include: 

The production of quicklime, slaked lime, and hydrated lime. 

The manufacturing of primary iron products, including granules, powders, blocks, substrates, and remelted waste.   

The creation of pure iron, unpolished iron, sponge iron, and cast iron 

The fabrication of cast iron products, such as steel and cast-iron castings. 

The processing of sheets, plates, strip coils, rods, bars, angles, wires, and various metal sections. 

The engagement in steel casting and of finished and semi-finished iron and steel products. 

The production of structural metal goods, reinforcing steel bars, and mesh. 

The company will conduct these activities directly in Kuwait and abroad, either as the principal entity or through proxy. Additionally, the company may engage with entities conducting similar activities to achieve its objectives, and establish, purchase, or affiliate with these entities following approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
