Rasiyat Holding Company reported that "Kuwait Technical", owned by the subsidiary "Al-Seraj Group Holding Company, received the letter of approval from the General Secretariat of the Council of Private Universities issued on July 28, 2024, regarding the request of Kuwait Technical College to change its academic partner and approval to offer the bachelor's program after the diploma with the (2+2) system.
They pointed out that the new system will be implemented upon completion of the procedures and final approvals from the relevant authorities.
