Inc Technologies Company held its extraordinary general assembly on Thursday, June 13th, 2024, and agreed to amend the text of Article 5 of its Articles of Association and Article 4 of its bylaws regarding the company's objectives.  

Following the amendment, some of the objectives for which the company was established include: 

- Installing and expanding computer and communication networks 

- Providing services in modern communications 

- Offering supplementary services related to telephone communication systems, software maintenance, and website page design 

- Developing and programming specialized software 

- Utilizing available financial surpluses by investing in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities 
  
The company will conduct these activities directly in Kuwait and overseas, either as the principal entity or through proxy. It is also allowed to engage or collaborate with entities carrying out similar activities that can aid in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad. Additionally, the company may establish, take a stake in, acquire, or form an affiliation with such entities.
