The company said that shareholders wishing to attend the meeting, or their legal representative must visit the company’s headquarters to receive the invitation to the ordinary general assembly, the agenda, the audited financial statements for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023, and the speech of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
