Barrak Abdul Mohsen Al-Ateeqi, in his capacity as the appointed liquidator of Effect Real Estate Company (under liquidation), announced to its shareholders the start of distributing an amount of (3 fils per share) as a fifth installment on the company’s liquidation account, to shareholders registered in the company’s records on June 12, 2024. 

The company's liquidator, Barak Al-Ateeqi, pointed out that the amounts of the fifth installment will be transferred under the liquidation account to the shareholders' bank accounts on Monday, July 22, 2024. 

He noted that shareholders must visit local banks to register for the electronic transfer service for those who have not registered for this service.
