HEAVY ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES & SHIPBUILDING company said that the Gulf Dredging & General Contracting Company (a subsidiary), won the second lowest bid in a tender for the Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
The company explained that the management of the Central Agency for Public Tenders decided to exclude the company with the lowest bid price for the same tender.
