Arabi Holding Group Company announced in a statement to Boursa Kuwait today, Thursday, the issuance of an appeal ruling in favor of the Kuwait Oil Company and the Kuwait Pipe Industries and Medical Services Company, against its the subsidiary Arabi Enertech Company. 

“Arabi Holding” stated that the subject of the lawsuit concerns the subsidiary company’s request to assign an expert, also a ruling on the outcome of the expert’s report. 

The company explained that the Court of Appeal ruled to accept it in form, reject it in substance and appealed ruling was upheld, while obligating the appellant to pay expenses and 200 dinars in exchange for actual attorney’s fees for the litigation.
