The Capital Markets Authority issued Resolution No. (89) of 2024 regarding the renewal of the securities activities license of Sharq Investment Company, after reviewing Law No. (7) of 2010.
The Markets Authority decided to renew the securities activity license of Sharq Investment Company, to practice the activity of a securities broker not registered on the stock exchange, for a period of three years, to be renewable, starting from 10/04/2024.
