During its extraordinary general meeting, which was on Monday, June 10th, 2024, at the company’s headquarters, the United Warehousing and Refrigeration Company amended Article (4) & (5) of its articles of association, regarding its purposes and activities, to become as follows: 

- General stores that include a variety of goods (except refrigerated). 

- Establishing cold stores. 

- Car stores. 

- Storage in warehouses. 

- Goods and refrigerated stores (cold warehouses). 

- Storage in grain and flour silo warehouses, food and agricultural products stores. 

- Packing and unloading shipping boxes by land. 

- Packing and unpacking of shipping boxes by sea. 

- Wrapping parcels and gifts. 

- Storage in ports and customs or free zones. 

- Auctions in non-stores. 

- Designing and equipping electronic computer centers. 

- Owning real estate and movables for the benefit of the company. 

- Investing financial surpluses in finance managed by companies and specialized entities, after the approval of the authorities.
