The Kuwait Real Estate Investment Consortium Company held its extraordinary general meeting on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, and it was approved to amend its objectives. 

It agreed to amend Article No. (5) of its articles of incorporation and Article No. (4) of its articles of association.  

Among the purposes for which the company was established are: 

• Sale and purchase lands and real estate for the company’s account only,  

• Management and leasing of owned or leased properties. 

• Management and leasing of owned or leased residential and non-residential properties. 

•  Ownership of real estate and movables for the benefit of the company, and management of others’ properties.
