BeyoutInvestment Group (BIG Holding) Company announced in a statement to Boursa Kuwait today, Thursday, the details of awarding a 99.56% stake in a logistics services contract to its subsidiary, Kuwait Resources House Company for Human Resources Services and Management. 

The company said that the client is Amentum Services Company, which has been a client of Kuwait Resources House since 2018 for a project called 5 APS in the State of Kuwait. 

The project specializes in providing maintenance services for military equipment and vehicles in the State of Kuwait. Note that Amentum Co deals directly with the US government and has multiple projects and services. 

Beyout added that the services subject to the contract are services based on a strategic partnership relationship to implement the contract jointly. 

Kuwait Resource House Company provides the required technical labor and provides integrated services such as housing, transportation, and catering, in addition providing accommodation services for Amentum managers and employees. 

The entire contract will be implemented through Kuwait Resources House Company. The services provided to the client are exclusive and there are no sharing percentages between Resources House Company and the client.
