The next ordinary general assembly of the National Shooting Company, which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 11th, 2024, will discuss the reports of the Board of directors and auditors, the reports of the Sharia Supervisory Board. 

The next general meeting will also discuss the financial statements for the year ending on December 31st, 2023, and approve the consolidated statement of financial position and the consolidated profit and loss account. 

It will further discuss the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute dividends for the year ending 2023, and the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to pay a bonus to the members of the Board of Directors. 

The company indicated that if the quorum is not reached, the postponed meeting will be held at nine o’clock in the morning on Sunday, July 21, 2024. 

 Attendance and voting will be for shareholders via the electronic system only, and this invitation is considered valid for this last meeting.
