The Extraordinary General Assembly of Wedian Real Estate Company, which was held on Thursday, June 13th, 2024, approved amending Articles No(1) & (2) of its articles of association, so that their text after amendment becomes as follows: The name of the company is (Wedian Real Estate Services), a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company. 

It was further agreed to amend the purposes for which the company was established, and to amend Article No. (4) & (5) of its articles of association, so that their statement after amendment becomes as follows: 

- Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities. 

- Building maintenance services. 

- Managing others’ properties. 

- Real estate consultancy. 

The company is permitted to have involvement or collaborate with organizations performing similar work or assisting in achieving its goals, both within Kuwait and internationally. It also has the authority to establish, participate in, or acquire these organizations, or integrate them with existing structures.
