The next ordinary general assembly of the National Shooting Company, which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 11th, 2024, will discuss the reports of the Board and auditors. 

The next annual meeting will also discuss the financial statements for the year ending on December 31, 2023, and discussing the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute dividends for the year ending 2023, and not to pay remuneration to members of the Board of Directors. 

If the quorum is not met, the rescheduled meeting will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 21st, 2024. Shareholders will have the opportunity to attend and vote via the electronic system exclusively. This notice serves as the official invitation for the final meeting.
