United Petroleum Services Company has confirmed the commencement of the planned cash dividend distributions for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2023. Shareholders who were registered in the company's records as of the General Assembly meeting on Sunday, June 4, 2024, will receive a cash dividend at a rate of 15% of the nominal value of the share, which is 15 fils per share, starting on Thursday, July 11, 2024. 

The company specified that shareholders eligible for these dividends, who are not enrolled in the automatic transfer service, should visit their respective banks to enable this service and collect the dividends on the designated date. Alternatively, shareholders who are unable to do so or require further information can contact the Kuwait Clearing Company for assistance.
