National Takaful Insurance Company announced to its shareholders and customers that the procedures for amending the company’s trade name have been officially completed to become as follows:
The name of the company will in future be Kuwait Islamic Takaful Insurance, a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company, based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly, which was held on January 7th, 2024. This modification comes following the endorsement from the Ministry of Trade and Industry and various regulatory bodies.
