The extraordinary General assembly meeting of the Contracting & Marine Services Company, which was held on Monday, June 10th, 2024, approved the amendment of Article No. (5) of the establishment contract and Article No. (4) of its articles of association, which are integrated into its purposes, to be:  

- Infrastructure works for oil well drilling rig platforms. 

- Supplying oil well drilling supplies. 

- Extension of oil and gas pipelines. 

- Infrastructure works to extend oil and gas pipelines. 

- Construction of port piers and marine structures. 

- Petroleum industry tools. 

- Repair and maintenance of oil pipelines. 

- Exploiting the financial surpluses available in the company by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities. 

- Importing chemicals. 

- Owning real estate and movables for the benefit of the company.
