Al Danat International Holding Company, approved in its extraordinary Meeting, which was held on May 27th, 2024, the amendment of Article No. (13) of its articles to be as follows: 

 The company shall be managed by a board of directors composed of (5) five members, chosen by secret voting from the assembly. 

Also, it agreed to amend article no (5 & 4) of its articles of association and its activities in accordance with the international code, to be as follows:  

- Financing or lending to companies in which it own shares and guaranteeing them to others. In this case, the holding company’s participation in the capital of the borrowing company must not be less than 20%. 

- Owning intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, industrial models, franchise rights, and other moral rights, exploiting them, and leasing them to its affiliated holding companies and others. 

- Owning the real estate to carry out its work within the limits permitted in accordance with the law. 

- Investing its money in trading in stocks, bonds and securities. 

- Activities of holding companies. 

- Managing its subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies.
