Boubyan Petrochemical Company, as a shareholder holding 9% of the capital in both companies, will receive a total of 3.691 million dinars in dividends. The impact of these cash dividends on Boubyan's financial statements for the first quarter, ending on July 31, will be reflected accordingly.
