The upcoming ordinary general assembly of Bayan Holding Company, set to take place on June 26, 2024, will review the reports of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as approve the financial statements for the year ending on December 31, 2022. The assembly will also consider and vote on the Board of Directors' recommendation to not distribute dividends to shareholders for the financial year ending in December 2022.
