The General Assembly of Afkar Holding Company, with an attendance rate of 91.8 percent, approved the distribution of cash dividends of 5 percent for the year 2023.  This is the second consecutive year that cash dividends of 5% is distributed to shareholders. 

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Afkar Holding Company, Abdul Wahab Al-Sanad, announced that the company remains committed to its focused industrial strategy. This strategy focuses on investing in industrial assets that offer high operating returns. 

Al-Sanad mentioned that the company's strong performance was evident in the shareholders' equity, with total revenues and sales reaching KD 8.22 million in 2023, up from approximately KD 7.57 million in 2022. This represents an increase of KD 0.65 million, or 8.6 percent.
