The extraordinary meeting of the British Industries Printing and Packaging Company (amended), which was held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, approved amending Article 5 and No. 4 of its articles of association, regarding the purposes of the company to become as follows:
The purposes for which the company was established are to do the following: Printing (printing press), printing specialized magazines, printing time calendars, personal cards, wedding cards, and smart cards, printing commercial stationery correspondence papers, including invoices, and printing and photocopying documents.
