The OTC 89 Contracting and Marine Services Company will hold its extraordinary general meeting on Monday, June 10, 2024, to discuss amending the purposes for which the company was established, and to discuss amending Article No. (4) and (5) of its articles of association, which relate to the company’s purposes.
Another agenda item refers to the discussion and approval of the Board of Directors recommendation to distribute 5% cash dividends for the financial year ending on December 31, amounting to KD 1,143,310.260 through its ordinary annual meeting which will be held at the same date.
