The Capital Markets Authority approved the prospectus (secondary offering) and the listing of OTC 1008 Al-Beyout Investment Group Holding Company on Boursa Kuwait (the mainMarket), according to the Authority’s statement today, Monday, to Boursa Kuwait.
The authority noted that the decision came after the request submitted by the company on March 26, 2024, through their listing advisor National Investments Company (NIC).
 The Authority approved the private subscription prospectus for a secondary offering of “Beyout Investment Group” shares dated May 2, 2024.
The Authority’s Board of Commissioners also approved the listing of the company’s shares on Boursa Kuwait on the main market and called on the Authority to work to implement the decision as of its date and to publish it on the trading tape and the  Boursa’s electronic website.
