During the Extraordinary General Assembly of "Specialists for Technical and Mechanical Works Company" on February 12, 2024, the amendment to Article No. (4) of its bylaws was unanimously approved. The revised article now specifies the company's activities as the maintenance of oil facilities, wells, oil and petrochemical refineries, as well as repair and maintenance of precision devices, oil pipelines, and special machines. Furthermore, the company is also engaged in activities related to mining, construction, and operations in the oil and gas fields.
