During the extraordinary general assembly of OTC 977 Al-Tatweer Capital Real Estate Company on September 21, 2023, a resolution was passed to amend Article (13) of its articles of association. The revised article stipulates that the company will be overseen by a board of three members, who shall be elected in the General Assembly through secret voting.
