Boursa Kuwait has officially announced the delisting of Yiaco Medical Company (YIACO) shares, effective from Thursday, February 15, 2024. This decision is based on the resolution made by the Board of Commissioners of the Capital Markets Authority. 

It is important to note that the Capital Markets Authority issued Resolution No. (15) of 2024, confirming the delisting of Yiaco Medical Company's shares from Boursa Kuwait. The authority also rejected the company's request for an extension to address the reasons for the suspension, as stated in their letter dated 29/1/2024. As a result, the enforcement of delisting the company's shares from Boursa Kuwait Securities will be carried out in accordance with Resolution No. (128) of 2023, which was issued on 24/9/2023. This was due to the company's failure to comply with the requirements outlined in the aforementioned resolution within the provided timeline, which ended on February 7, 2024.
