Arabi Holding Group has issued a disclosure to Boursa Kuwait, stating that its subsidiary, Arabi Energy and Technology Company, has notified them that Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has taken unilateral action to liquidate a guarantee worth KD 429,945. This guarantee is associated with contract No. 11050569. 
  
Arabi Holding Group highlights that it has fulfilled all the obligations and terms outlined in the contract. They have also received a certificate from the contracting party confirming the completion of all project works. Despite this, KOC has proceeded with the liquidation of the guarantee without valid grounds. 

  In response to this action, Arabi Holding Group assures that it is taking all necessary legal measures to protect the company's interests and those of its shareholders. The company remains committed to upholding its rights and seeking a resolution in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
