The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has announced an extraordinary general assembly for Global Technologies Company, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at eleven o'clock in the morning at the Ministry's premises. The primary agenda of the meeting is to deliberate on the liquidation of the company, including the appointment of a liquidator and determining their fees. Additionally, the assembly will determine the timeline for the liquidation process. 

  Should a quorum not be met, the postponed meeting is set to be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at the same time and location. It is important to note that this announcement covers both the initial and postponed meetings.
