First Securities Brokerage Company, also known as AlOula Wasata Brokerage, has officially opened nominations for its independent board member (complementary) for the current session. Interested candidates have a two-week period, starting from Thursday, January 18, 2024, until the end of Thursday, February 1, 2024, to submit their applications. 

  To be eligible for candidacy, individuals must meet the specific criteria and conditions outlined in Module Five (Securities Activities and Registered Persons) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010. These requirements highlight the importance of efficiency and integrity in the securities industry. Candidates who fulfill these criteria and wish to nominate themselves should submit their applications to the Capital Markets Authority at the company's headquarters.
