Arabi Group Holding Company issued a disclosure to Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday, announcing the issuance of the first degree judgment in the lawsuit brought by its subsidiary, Arabi Energy and Technology, against Kuwait Oil Company.
According to Arabi Holding, the court ruled to exclude the non-payment fee and stated that efforts are being made to appeal the ruling. This pertains to the claim involving the appointment of an expert, the ruling on the expert's report, and the restoration of the onerous obligation to terminate the contract for the construction of crude oil pipelines and associated works in the northern areas of Kuwait, including collection centers 29, 30, and 31.
