The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has issued Resolution No. (174) of 2023, granting a special marketing license to Gatehouse Capital for Economic and Financial Consulting. This license allows them to market 150,000 shares of AIP Investors Limited, which is a collective investment scheme established outside the State of Kuwait and originating in the Cayman Islands.
Under the terms of the license, the offer price for each share will be Euros 1,000. Additionally, a subscription commission of 1% of the offer price will be charged upon subscription.
It is important to note that the shares being marketed within the State of Kuwait will only be offered to professional clients, in accordance with the definition provided in Module One (Definitions) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010, which pertains to the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and their amendments.
The entity responsible for receiving subscription applications is Gatehouse Capital for Economic and Financial Consulting. The duration of the marketing license is one year, with the option for annual renewal upon payment of the prescribed fees. These fees must be paid within one month from the date of issuance of the decision. Failure to do so within the stipulated period will result in the decision being considered null and void.
