Al-Waqa and Al-Sada Advertising and Publishing Company (under liquidation) held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, 7 September 2023, and approved the dissolution and liquidation of the company, the appointment of (Musab Hussein Ahmed Muhammad) as liquidator of the company for a period of six months and set his fees at KWD 1,000 to take the necessary liquidation measures.
