Arabi Holding Group Company announced today through a statement to Boursa Kuwait that "Arabi Energy and Technology Company," one of its subsidiaries in which it holds a 73% ownership stake, has successfully renewed a banking facilities agreement with a local bank. This renewed agreement amounts to KWD 12.096 million and is set to expire on 31 October 2024.
"Arabi Holding" has also highlighted that, in addition to the aforementioned renewal, the banking facilities agreement of a subsidiary of "Arabi Energy and Technology" with the same bank has been renewed. This agreement amounts to KWD 1.208 million and is valid until 31 August 2026.
