Information Center for Computer Services - InfoCenter (under liquidation) held its Extraordinary General meeting (EGM) on Sunday, 3 September 2023. The meeting was held at the liquidator's office situated in Sharq - Block 7 - Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street - February 25 Tower – 29th Floor. During this EGM, it was agreed to extend the liquidation period for an additional year. Additionally, Rabaa Saad Munir Al-Muhanna was reappointed as the company's liquidator for another year, with a remuneration of KWD 12,000 for the services rendered in this capacity.
