Citigroup has announced that it will commence the distribution of semi-annual cash dividend, starting on Wednesday, 13 September 2023. These dividends pertain to the financial period ended 31 June 2023, and will be disbursed at a rate of 10%, equivalent to 10 fils per share. This distribution is in line with the decision made by the Board of Directors on 3 September 2023, and is based on the authorization granted during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 2 May 2023. These dividends will be allocated to shareholders registered in the company's records as of 7 September 2023. The company has also clarified that the cash dividends will be transferred to shareholders' bank accounts using e-Dividends Transfer Service offered by Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC).
