On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, Boursa Kuwait made an announcement regarding the registration of Magic Capital Holding Company for hybrid (real-time online) trading on the OTC platform. This addition brings the total number of companies on the platform to 129. Magic Capital Holding Company will be identified with the OTC code 1023. It's worth mentioning that the company was initially established under the name Jood National Holding Company, and in 2021, an extraordinary general assembly was held where the amendment of Article No. 1 of the articles of association and Article No. 2 of the Memorandum of Association was approved. Consequently, the company's name was changed to Magic Capital Holding Company.
