Ikarus Petroleum Industries Company held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Monday, 4 September 2023, and approved to initiate the necessary steps for relisting the company's shares on Boursa Kuwait. It is worth noting that the company withdrew from the stock exchange on 9 February 2017, and its last trading price was 33 fils at the time.
Ikarus was one of the initial group of companies that participated in the launch of the OTC (Over-the-Counter) platform back in November 2018. Its first trading price on the platform was 40 fils on 27 November 2018. As of 27 August 2023, the closing price of the company's shares traded on the platform had risen to 105 fils.
