The general assembly of Ikarus Petroleum Industries Company (OTC code #250), which was held on Monday, 4 September 2023, agreed to commence with the procedures for re-listing the company’s shares on the main market of Boursa Kuwait. The company delisted from the main market on 9 February 2017 when the price was 33 fils per share.
Ikarus Petroleum Industries Company was one of the first companies that started trading as hybrid (online real-time shares) companies when the OTC Platform was launched in November 2018.
Trading in Ikarus’ shares closed at 105 fils per shares on the OTC Platform at the end of trading on 27 August 2023.
