International Holding Group will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 31 July 2023, to discuss submitting a request to re-list the company’s shares on Boursa Kuwait. The AGM will also discuss the recommendation to pay renumerations to board members, absolve them of all matters related to their legal, financial and administrative actions for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, and the election of a new board of directors for the next three years.
The AGM will also discuss the Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, and the Sharia Supervisory Board’s report, as well as the violations and penalties monitored by the regulatory authorities for the financial year ended 2022.
Moreover, the company’s shareholders will also discuss the financial statements for 2022, and the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for 2022.
The AGM will also review the report detailing transactions that took place or expected to take place with related parties. Additionally, discussions will include the appointment or reappointment of the company’s auditor and the Sharia Supervisory Board for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, and authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
