First Hotels Company has officially declared the commencement of disbursing cash dividends for the financial year ended 31 December 2022. These dividends are set at a rate of 3% (equivalent to 3 fils per share) and will be allocated to shareholders who were officially registered in the company's records as of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 19 June 2023.
The company has clarified that the distribution process is scheduled to kick off on Sunday, 30 July 2023. It's worth noting that these cash dividends will be electronically transferred to the shareholders' respective bank accounts through Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC).
