Khabary Holding Company held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 on Tuesday, 30 May 2023, and approved all items listed on its agenda, including accepting the resignation of the members of the Board of Directors and electing a new board of directors for the next three years, represented by Mr. Suleiman Al-Bassam as Chairman, and Khaled Al-Qahtani Vice Chariman and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the membership of Yaqoub Youssef Ali Bandar, Ahmed Hussein Al-Ali, and Osama Al-Qarawi.
