Osoul Investment Company has issued a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Thursday, providing additional information as a supplementary disclosure, outlining the outcomes of its recent board of directors meeting.
Osoul clarified that the offer made by one of the entities to buy the entire shares amounting to 800,000 shares, representing 3.509% of the capital of the Credit Information Network Company (Ci-Net), a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company specialized in requesting, collecting, keeping, analyzing and using credit information, preparing credit scores and issuing credit reports to individual and corporate clients.
The company indicated that the offered price is KWD 1.100 per share, i.e., a total of KWD 880,000.
