Credit Information Network Company (Ci-Net) held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, 22 May 2023 at the company’s headquarters located in Kuwait City, Qibla, Ali Al-Salem Street, Building Complex 1, 6th floor. The EGM approved amending Article (2) of the Memorandum of Incorporation pertaining to its commercial name, as follows: The company’s name is Kuwait Credit Information Network Company, a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company.
