Kuwait Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries Company has informed its shareholders that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), originally planned to be held at the company’s headquarters in Sabhan, Block 4 - Plot (103), on 18 July 2023, at 12:00 p.m., has been postponed until further notice. The announcement stated that the new date for the EGM will be disclosed once the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has been notified and all necessary paperwork has been finalized.
